Genesis Maganda the winner of "The Quinceañera of the Year" contest, sponsored by "Quinceañeras Magazine". Here are some of the images we did for her "Foto de Firmas" session in a local Park. These photos were taken a few weeks before her big day.
We met a little after 4 pm to make use of warm natural light. For this photo session I used a favorite lens of mine, the 70-200 mm/2.8. I also utilized a 32" gold/white reflector and of course, post-production in Photoshop to enhance color and skin tone.
Very early, on the morning of August 15, Genesis and her parents were up and ready to start the Big Celebration. We arrived at her house around 3 pm to start photographing. Her Chambelanes and the Limo arrived, a nice shiny White Hummer by our good friends from "Dreamer's Limousine". 
Genesis wanted to do her location photos at "Heritage Park" in Old Town. Gosh!! We had beautiful light all evening. We began photographing Genesis with her Chambelanes and Damas. I had them do various group poses. It was Genesis turn; Daysi, my asssitant was handing me lens after lens. We had plenty of time and began to do various creative poses. The photo shoot lasted for an hour and a half; she is "The Quinceañera of the Year", I wasn't going to miss this oportunity to take great photos of her and for the Magazine. Here are some of the photos that I liked most with the beautiful Victorian Houses in the background that really enhanced Genesis.Genesis and her parents were so happy always with a smile. The day was full of emotions. It was an unforgettable day for Genesis and her family.
